As far as golf goes this summer, I've, ummm, mountain biked a lot! I've played golf twice at Castle Pines and that's it. I've done drills in the living room during commercials, hit balls a handful of times (ALWAYS with a video camera) and that's it. I've simply worked on the exact same drills I've given you guys. I'm a hip spinner, so the Belt Buckle Drill, Right Footwork, and all the Right Arm drill have been the keys for me. So, after a summer of doing just the drills from the website and barely hitting balls, what kind of results could you expect to see following RST? The proof is always in the pudding: (For the video, go to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IESptOi-zEE and make sure to share it on Facebook!)

Hey Chuck nice swing! I was looking at my swing on video and I noticed that my clubface is closed in the takeaway. My question for this is should there be a little humerus rotation? I feel like my right wrist has not hinged at all it sort of looks like this on video.
Also, I noticed that I am definitely not a hip spinner. In fact it seems like I don't rotate enough into impact. My Hips and shoulders are basically square. My right foot is breaking that plane you talk about so I know one issue is not getting to the right side. I was pulling every thing left and when I started to really concentrate on shifting and pulling hard with my left obliques, my pulls went away. Am I on the right track for this tendency?
Lastly, when you do the right arm only drill are you doing full swings (takeaway, move 2, and obviously downswing) or are you pre-setting this like you do with Josh in the video? Very curious to see a vid of you doing a one arm swing to get an idea.

ruf, I'd really need to see your swing on video to tell you if you're doing what you feel you are. If you are pulling hard and your pulls are going away, that can be a good thing as it could mean you're not coming over the top now and you were before, but I'd have to see it. As for the right arm drill, when hitting balls, I start from address and hit full shots.

Ok Chuck, I will have to video tape something this week and put it up there. Season is winding down up here in Wisconsin so I will have plenty of time to just drill in my home this winter.
